Australian actress Isla Fisher has been spotted out in Sydney picking up some essential items during the city’s coronavirus lockdown.
The 45-year-old took to the streets of the Northern Beaches this week where she was seen riffling through the shopfront of a local business.
Dressed in a face mask, long printed skirt, knitted cream jumper and felt hat, the star purchased a full plastic bag’s worth of items, some textas and a fleece poncho.
During her low key outing, the Godmothered actress also picked up some fish and chips.
She moved back to Australia with her husband Sacha Baron-Cohen and their three children last year.
Fisher is one of a host of other Hollywood stars currently enjoying life in Australia including Matt Damon, Natalie Portman and Idris Elba.
Speaking with Marie Claire in May, she said “Hollywood actors just feel so lucky to be in Australia right now”.
“Americans always comment on how hardworking Aussie crews are. The government and people handled covid brilliantly, and Australia is reaping the benefits of that now.”
Fisher and Baron Cohen enrolled their children at a Sydney school last year, indicating they have no plan to return to the US any time soon.
The couple will celebrate 20 years of marriage next year.
