Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley is poised to step down from his position at the club.
Buckley has been in charge of the Magpies since 2012, and informed his players today of his intention to leave.
The club has announced he will speak to the media at 11:00am.
His decision adds to a year of turmoil which has seen club president Eddie McGuire resign after his response to an internal report into racism at the club, and a challenge by former Nine Network managing director Jeff Browne to the board, including new president Mark Korda.
On the field, the Pies are struggling at 16th on the ladder, with just three wins from 12 games this season.
More to come.
