Parramatta Eels second-rower Bryce Cartwright and his ex-wife Shanelle have secured the sale of two properties following their separation.
The couple, who wed in November 2018, and have two children, have sold their jointly owned Gold Coast abode, which became redundant after he left the Titans late last year.
The three storey Currumbin home, which cost $1,295,000 when bought new in 2018, resold for $1.12 million earlier this week.
They did however pocket more than was initially being sought last year.
There’s been a nice profit with his Gledswood Hills house and land investment, near Camden. Costing $575,000 in 2017, the three bedroom townhouse sold for $690,000 within two days of its listing last month through Warren and Shannon McDonnell at My Property Consultants.
Cartwright, who the 2GB Continuous Call Team recently noted “looks like he’s enjoying playing” has been an impact player off the bench for the Eels.
As reported by The Daily Telegraph’s Nick Campton, Cartwright is keen to remain in the blue and gold, with his 2022 contract talks set to get under way.
