If you were considering whether to move to the dark side — now might be the perfect time to buy in.
A house located in Texas dubbed the ‘Darth Vader home’ has just hit the market for a cool $5.6 million (US$4.3M).
With awesome laser-blue backlighting installed throughout the house, the property is made up of four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a four-car garage.
The Post reported the home, initially constructed by a surgeon, spans 655 sq m and gives off super villain vibes.
The home has been getting much attention on social media, after it was posted on the Instagram account @zillowgonewild, where users have been blown away by its design which looks like its from a galaxy far, far away.
“Pretty sure this is where Lex Luthor lives. “Is this house wearing sunglasses?” users quipped.
One of the other eye-catching features inside the house was the odd sofa.
“The most anti-social sofa ever,” one user said.
“I dig the sofa where four people can sit and not interact,” another added.
On top of the couch set up, the expansive living room boasts a double-sided staircase.
Initially built in 1992, the home is situated on almost half an acre of land. The listing describes the property as a “museum home setting.”
What from the outside looks more to some like an office building rather than the home, listing images show a sprawling open-living space — with an the master bedroom containing a second-level indoor balcony that allows you to overlook the home.
The property, listed by Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, also boasts about the contemporary home’s open rooms, ample wardrobes, versatile living spaces and massive windows.
